About
The Berlin School of VR was initiated in 2024 and founded together with Eric Nikodym and Julian Kamphausen in 2025. At its core lies the aim to introduce Virtual Reality Literacy among people so that they may confidently use the new technology.
Beyond basic familiarity, the school emphasizes that understanding technology empowers individuals to critically engage with it—enabling them to articulate informed demands regarding both hardware and software. In this way, technological literacy becomes a key step toward the broader democratization of technology.
