Ich bin’s deine Schwestern

“Ich bin’s deine Schwestern” (“It’s me your sisters”) is a dance piece for children that explores the intricacies of the relationship between siblings. Three performers bring a variety of sibling constellations to the stage as they construct and reconstruct their personal identities. The performance examines the interplay of brotherly and sisterly closeness and competition, protection and distance, cooperation and conflict.

“Ich bin’s deine Schwestern” was supported by the State Capital of Hanover/Kulturbüro and the Ministry for Science and Culture of Lower Saxony. The performances at Tanzkongress were supported by the Foundation Lower Saxony.
